Dear Delegates and Faculty Advisors,

It is my honor as the Secretary General to invite you to the 9th Edition of the E.Ahamed Model United Nations Conference 2025 on Majlis Campus, India. This year’s conference brings together over 350 delegates across seven dynamic committees, with each committee reflecting today’s global landscape.

Over the years, E.A.MUNC has grown into more than just a forum for delegates to debate; it has become a stage where every delegate, regardless of experience, has the chance to speak, be heard, and contribute their ideas. It also serves as a platform that unites delegates from diverse backgrounds to work with each other, broaden their views, and discover the true values of diplomacy.

The theme for this year, “Unity Transcending Boundaries: Patching Together the Global Mosaic,” represents the very spirit of E.A.MUNC. It shows how diplomacy is most impactful when it goes beyond borders and brings different ideas together. We live in a world full of differences, from politics to culture and beliefs, but these differences don’t have to divide us. A mosaic is never built from identical pieces, but from fragments that gain meaning only when connected correctly. Similarly, diplomacy thrives when diverse voices are shaped into one vision. As delegates, you carry the responsibility of giving life to this theme by bringing your unique perspectives together.

I hope that through this conference, each one of you is able to reflect on the world you see and learn to take steps towards building a better future for all. More importantly, I hope all of you have a memorable experience and truly cherish the friendships and moments you create along the way. I wish you the very best for the conference and look forward to meeting you at E.A.MUNC 2025.

Sincerely,

Hitesh Kishore Gurnani

Letter from Director General

Director General

It is with great excitement and a big smile that I welcome you to the 9th Edition of the E. Ahamed Model United Nations Conference, on Majlis Campus. This year, we have over 350 delegates joining us across seven committees, and I am eager to see the energy, ideas, and enthusiasm that you will bring with you.

E.A.MUNC has never just been about debates and resolutions—it’s about the people. It’s about meeting someone you’ve never spoken to before and leaving as friends. It’s about learning to see the world through someone else’s eyes. It’s about realizing that, no matter where we come from, we can work together to create something meaningful.

Our theme this year, “Unity Transcending Boundaries: Patching Together the Global Mosaic,” really speaks to what makes this conference so special. Our world, just like a mosaic, has never been built from identical pieces. Each of you brings something different to the table—your perspectives, your cultures, your stories. When we put those together, that’s when the magic of diplomacy happens.

I hope that these three days are not just about sharpening your debating skills, but also about enjoying the little things—the coffee breaks that turn into deep conversations, the laughter between sessions, and the friendships that you’ll carry with you long after the conference ends.

On behalf of the entire bureau, I wish you a memorable and meaningful E.A.MUNC 2025. I can’t wait to meet you all and see the mosaic we create together.

Warmly,

Behag Iyer
